We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable B2B LFS Sales Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for selling sustainably sourced corals to local fish shops and other aquarium retailers. You will act as the key liaison between our aquaculture facility and the local aquarium trade, working to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients. Your expertise in coral species and marine life will be essential in assisting retailers in selecting the best stock for their needs, while promoting the sustainability and quality of our products. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a bonus commission structure based on your sales performance.

A significant part of your role will involve prospecting new clients and expanding our network of local fish shops. You will actively research potential leads, reach out to new prospects, and schedule meetings to introduce them to our product range. With a proactive attitude, you will consistently follow up with both existing clients and new leads to ensure that orders are fulfilled, questions are answered, and relationships remain strong. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand the needs of the businesses you work with will be key to success in this role.

To thrive in this position, you should have experience in sales (preferably B2B) and a strong understanding of coral and marine life. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, as you will need to manage client accounts, track sales progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
