We are looking for a creative and motivated part-time (~20 hours per week) Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and grow our brand presence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation. Your written communication skills will be essential for crafting engaging posts, updates, and campaigns to reach both our existing customers and new audiences. Photography and photo editing skills are a bonus, as you’ll be working to highlight our products and services in a visually appealing way.
In addition to managing day-to-day social media channels, you will collaborate with the team to develop promotional content that resonates with our customer base, including aquarium enthusiasts and retailers. You’ll take ownership of content creation, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms to ensure we reach our marketing goals. Experience with digital tools like social media management platforms, email marketing services, and analytics tracking will be key to driving growth and optimizing our strategies.
We are seeking someone with at least 2-3 years of marketing experience, with a preference for those with knowledge of the aquarium or pet industry. This position is part-time, making it ideal for a creative professional looking for flexible hours while still making a significant impact.
